Whatever the reason that brought you here, there’s a good chance that Ive experienced a similar issue to you. Hypnosis helped me become Smoke Free. I’ve experienced stress and anxiety and I know how debilitating that can be. There was a time where I couldn’t move off the couch and I could barely function. I was fortunate to find a therapist who showed me how to deal with my anxiety and I was amazed how effective it was. As a result I committed myself to help others in the same way. To me, the mind is like a garden full of wonderful opportunities, excitement and colour. Just like a garden though, it needs care and can easily become overgrown with weeds and scrub that prevent the garden growing to its full potential. Together we can dig out those weeds and scrub and replace them with blooms of endless possibilities.

When I’m not working with clients you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, perhaps over dinner, at a concert or show or simply relaxing outdoors. Part of my learning has been the need to consistently practice self-care and ground myself in nature some way. My learning journey has seen me qualify as a strategic psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist and I’m also a master NLP Practitioner and Coach. Helping others to achieve, to become whoever and whatever they want to be has been my lifelong passion. Hopefully you’ll allow me to do the same for you so you can free your mind of whatever you choose and live your life how it was always meant to be.
